Review: The good sandwiches that delis sell ullausy go by a standard 100g per sandwich. I myself like less then half of that amount. It would really help if you went to a local deli that sells sandwiches and ask how much ham that they put in their sandwiches, that way you will get a better idea whether you would want to add less or not. At that rate if everyone had one whole sandwich and 100 grams in each sandwich you would need 13 pounds. I myself would probably use half of the ham and allow 1/2 sandwidh for each person, If so about 4 pounds should do it. This is if you are using thinly sliced ham. Allow for the end and the skin on the ham so get a little extra. If you buy a ham at a reputable chain store ask the store manager if you could have the deli person slice it for you on their automatic slicer, at the #6 slice thickness (check if you like that size first)It will probably cost you about $7.00 per pound for the ham.
